3. No Guarantee of Settlement

• Loan settlement outcomes depend entirely on lenders and financial institutions. MySettleLoan does not guarantee approval, settlement percentage, timeline, or final outcome of any negotiation.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful financial information. Clients are responsible for timely communication, complying with agreed plans, and making payments as per the consultancy agreement.

5. Fees & Payments

• Fees charged by MySettleLoan are strictly for consultancy and advisory services. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement. MySettleLoan reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

6. Confidentiality

• We respect client confidentiality and take reasonable steps to protect personal information. However, electronic communication may not be completely secure, and MySettleLoan cannot guarantee absolute data security.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MySettleLoan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All services are provided on a best-effort advisory basis.

8. Termination

• MySettleLoan reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at its discretion if false information is provided, Terms are violated, or misuse of services occurs.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
